My vx commodore wont start and on the dash it says (serve error) ? can any one help me.?

i brought this car not long ago with a blown motor.. i changed the motor and i didn't think it was gonna be as hard as it was but the car still wont start witch is disappointing.. i need a car for work and i was silly to invest all my money into this car.. can any one help me? it would mean alot
