Best 3d game creator out there?

Unreal Development kit isn't a bad one. Its free, fairly simple and there are a ton of tutorials for it. As is the inbuilt programming kismet is limited, but if you learn how to use unreal script (shouldn't be hard if you're already proficient in C++), you can make it do a lot more than the program lets you normally.
