This plant hurts if you touch it. What is its name?

Its green. It has unnoticable fuzz on it. That is what makes it hurt you as well as the dust on it. It is not poison ivy. But if it touches you it will hurt like hell.ANd it will keep hurting and stinging. The skin mighte get little bumps, but that only lasts for an hour. What plant is it?
