I have an itchy skin issue...?

It first developed when I shaved my bikini area about a week and a half ago. I usually have some issues with itchiness and irritation just because I tend to have very sensitive skin there and my underarms, but this was awful. It was all that times 10 and nothing helped except ibuprofen seemed to help a tiny bit. Coincidentally a couple days after this, my left AC space (the bend of my elbow) started to itch like that as well. Then right below my belly button. Then on the corner of my lip. And now behind both of my knees. The thing is, it itches like crazy and I do itch it, but it doesn't spread so I don't think it would be poison ivy or anything. Plus I live in the city so there's pretty much no way I came in contact with that. It just turns very red, very rough and bumpy, kind of swollen in certain areas, but no real open sores or anything. I have no personal or family history of psoriasis or eczema... Does anyone know what this sounds like? Like I said, it's been going on for well over a week now and it doesn't seem to get bigger or spread in the areas where I scratch, it just pops up in completely random places... :(
