Guys, what kind of manicure do u like (on a girl)?

Seriously now, do u even care if she has manicured nails? Are "natural" short (clean) nails ok or is this is a turn-off? If u like polish, what color do u prefer--like red, pink, black, etc.? Do u notice if girl's nails start to chip off or do u not care if they are 100% perfect?
