First, I would recommend buying a processor from the Phenom II series instead of the Athlon II series. Otherwise, everything checks out good. You forgot to mention what case you are installing all the components into, and your hard drives, keyboard and mouse, and if you are buying an aftermarket cooler, you should buy some thermal compound if the cooler doesn't already come with some.
