Off Road Helmet Question?

Im about to get a Yamaha YFZ 450 and im looking for a helmet to buy but not one of the $400 helmets. Im looking on spending around $200. I have found Scorpion VX-24 Hellraiser helmet that i like. I like the design and everything is around $140 but im just looking for some reviews of this helmet or some recommendations of other helmets close in this price range.
