My dog eat raw ackee and is now sick?

He has diarrhea vomiting and he doesn't want to eat i am stuck way in the country a far hill for another week where there is no vets anywhere near by i dont know what to do to help my dog i gave him some busy they said it is good for poisoning and also some lamp oil. i Think is what made him have diarrhea., other than that i don't know what to do . . Please help any advice
