How should I accessorize with my prom dress? *AGAIN*?

Hi! I've actually ordered this dress, and this is DEFINITELY my dress for prom. It's not that much of a formal occasion, so it's sort of a party dress http://www.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=1619548. I'm 5 foot 4 and dark skinned with an athletic figure, but I have no idea what else to do! What colour shoes to wear? What colour accessories? How to do my make up? Nail polish or french manicure?
