How much is a 1992 civic vx eg hatchback worth?

i am trying to see if this is a good price because i want to buy it. it has a clean title ,has a fresh white pearl paint job, its dropped on adjustable springs and will also come with an extra set of nuespeed racing springs made in germany, it has a front jdm lip and a rear wing, has rota slipstream rims on it, and will come with a full b18a1 engine swap (has a d15z1 currently in it) the interior is good nothing is broken it just needs a carpet..what do you guys think? he wants to sell it for 4500 firm
