1994 civic vx 1.5L has water coming out of the exhaust and surges on idle?

Can someone please take a few minuets out of their day and help me out? My car runs great, no check engine light, my car will surge at idle a couple times when it warms up, and whiteish blueish smoke comes out the exhaust and evaporates exhaust smells like if car is cold but its not, i think that one thing is causing those two problems, heres all i did so far, new thermostat, replaced IACV, MAP SENSOR, TPS (idle surge stops when i loosen tps and move it, just cause it accelerates the car more), reset idle, throttle body gasket, bled coolant system, new distributor and rotor, and thats about it, my cars head gasket is good, it doesnt loose coolant either, does anyone know what else I can try?
